SKULLY Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). You have 15 days from the date you received the unit to make a return. If you wish to change or cancel your pre-order before shipment, we will refund the full amount paid. All returns will be processed within 30 business days after cancellation and product has been returned.

Terms and Conditions
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and is responsible for adequately packing the items for shipment.
- Returned helmets must be in new condition. Specifically, the helmet can not have been used on the road. We ask you test the helmet inside your home or workplace.
- Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery to the customer cannot be returned.
- SKULLY will be inspecting all returned helmets prior to issuing a refund. If the unit has received customer induced damage, or is missing accessories or items, the full refund will not be issued.
- Delivery fees cannot be refunded.
- If you return an item for exchange, the replacement merchandise that you receive cannot be refunded, it is only eligible for exchange.
- Damage Reporting Requirement For Delivered Items: You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. Your return shipping charges will be waived for delivery damaged items.
Return Process
Returns of items ordered from SKULLY can be initiated immediately by sending us an email to connect@skully.com.
- To start your return online, please send us an email to connect@skully.com and include the following:
- Full name
- Email address used to order
- Product
- Ship-to address
- Reason for return
- A return label with the return address will be sent via email. You are responsible for carefully packaging the helmet in the same case and/or box. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Your refund will be processed once we receive your return within 30 business days.
