The SKULLY AR-1 is covered under Limited Warranty for 12 months from the receipt date for the following:
- Defects in materials and workmanship of the AR-1 electronics hardware
- Defects in materials and workmanship of the original AR-1 firmware/software
- Battery capacity that has depleted 50% or more compared to original specifications
If any of these issues occur, SKULLY will either repair the defect at no cost to you, or exchange the covered equipment for a new replacement.
The SKULLY AR-1 Limited Warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Accidents such as drops, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake damage, and external causes
- Damage that results from operating the helmet outside the permitted or intended use
- Damage from service performed by anyone who is not a SKULLY representative
- Lost or stolen helmets
- Cosmetic damage
- Consumable parts
- Preventable maintenance on covered equipment
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear and equipment aging
If your helmet arrives damaged, you must notify SKULLY within 15 days of its arrival. If possible, we ask that you take pictures of the helmet and areas of damage before contacting us for assistance.
